What are the reasons for my SeatGeek coupon code not working?

What is Deal Score?

Each ticket has a Deal Score of 1-10. It uses the ticket's price, seat position, and past sales to simply tell you whether it's a good deal or not.

Are there any military discounts?

Yes, verified military members can get up to 20% off select events, on top of whatever a regular discount code might already save. Worth checking if your event qualifies before you buy.

Can I apply multiple codes to an order?

Each order can only be used with one code. The store will not accept two codes on the same order, so choose the one that is right for your ticket. 

Can I cancel my order and get my money back?

No, you can not. SeatGeek tickets are all sales final once you check out. The only way out is if you added Refundable Tickets at checkout, which lets you cancel up to 48 hours before the event.

What happens if my event gets cancelled?

If the event is cancelled or moved to a new date, SeatGeek will cover it under its Buyer Guarantee. You'll get a refund, whichever they offer at the time. 

Can I swap my seats for a different section once I've bought them?

Once your order is confirmed, you can't change it for different seats, a different section, or even a different event. If your plans change, reselling it will be the best option.
