Toymate Discount Codes

Get More Information About Toymate Discount Code

Toymate is one of Australia's largest dedicated toy retailers, Australian-owned and operated since 2005, with superstores across NSW, the Gold Coast, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. It stocks toys, games, trading cards, bikes, scooters, arts and crafts, and outdoor play equipment from brands including LEGO, Barbie, Pokémon, and VTech. A Toymate discount code is the quickest way to reduce your total at online checkout.

How to Use a Toymate Discount Code at Checkout

• Browse toymate.com.au and add the Toymate accessories you want to your cart. A Toymate discount code is applied during checkout, so there is no need to enter anything at this stage.

• Click the cart icon and select the option to proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to either log in to your account or continue as a guest.

• During the checkout process, look for the promo code or discount code field. Enter your code exactly as it appears, taking care with capitalisation, and click Apply. The discount should update your order total before you move to the payment step.

• Check that the correct amount has been deducted before entering your payment details. Toymate accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Zip Pay online.

Toymate's online store runs on a standard checkout process. For Australian shoppers, redeeming a Toymate promo code is quite simple.

What to Do If a Toymate Voucher Code Is Not Working

If a Toymate voucher code or promo code is not applying at checkout, these are the most likely reasons:

• Toymate promotions are time-limited. If the offer period has passed, the code will not activate.

• Some codes require a minimum order value to trigger. Check the terms of the specific offer.

• Certain Toymate discount codes apply to specific categories, brands, or items. Products outside that scope will not be discounted.

• Pre-order items are regularly excluded from Toymate discount offers, both online and in-store.

• Most Toymate promo codes are single-use. If you have applied the same code on a previous order, it will not work again.

• Copy and paste the code directly rather than typing it manually. Even a single incorrect character will cause the code to fail.

• Some promotions specifically exclude already-discounted products or gift card purchases.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. If a code does not appear to apply, check the terms attached to that specific offer before proceeding.

Ways to Save at Toymate

Monthly Hot Offers:

Toymate publishes new sale items every week under its Hot Offers section. These cover a rotating mix of categories and brands, so checking back regularly is worth it when you are not in a rush to buy.

Gold Mate Loyalty Programme

Toymate runs a free loyalty programme called Gold Mate. Signing up in-store or online gives you automatic Gold Mate status with no minimum spend required. As a Gold Mate member, you receive 5% off eligible in-store purchases. It is important to note that the Gold Mate discount applies to in-store transactions only and does not extend to online orders or pre-orders. You will also need to identify yourself as a member at the time of purchase. Certain products and promotions are excluded, including gift cards and any purchase where the Price Match extra 5% is being applied.

Price Match Promise

For in-store shoppers, Toymate offers a Price Match Promise. If you find an identical, in-stock item at a lower price from an Australian competitor, Toymate will not only match that price but also add an extra 5% off. This applies in-store only and requires you to show the lower price on the competitor's website or in their active catalogue. Exclusions include clearance and liquidation sales, pre-order items, and price differences from online-only retailers. The Gold Mate 5% discount cannot be combined with the Price Match 5% discount.

Newsletter and Promotions

Toymate sends email updates to registered customers about upcoming promotions, new arrivals, and member-only offers. Subscribing through your Toymate account or at checkout is a simple way to stay across deals before they are widely advertised.

Gift Cards

Toymate gift cards are available for purchase in-store and online, making them a useful option when you want to give someone the choice of what to pick up. Gift card balances can be checked in-store or by emailing the customer service team.

Zip Pay

Toymate accepts Zip Pay both online and in-store, which allows customers to spread the cost of a purchase over time. This is relevant for larger items such as bikes, ride-ons, and premium toy sets.

Toymate Coupons and Online Deals

Coupondopa AU lists active Toymate coupons, promo codes, and online deals as they become available. Checking this page before placing an order takes only a moment and can put a discount directly on your total at checkout.

Toymate Shipping

Toymate delivers to selected metro areas across Australia. Shipping is charged as a flat fee based on your location, starting at $11.95 for Sydney Metro orders. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days for Sydney and 4–6 days for other major cities, with Perth taking up to 10–14 business days. Bulky items carry separate shipping costs and may arrive independently. To confirm whether your postcode is covered, enter it at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Toymate accepts change-of-mind returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Online returns can be posted back or dropped off at any Toymate store. Return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Faulty items are returned at no cost to the customer. Dress-up costumes cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
