How to Redeem a Viscata Discount Code

• First, make sure you are shopping on the Viscata US site.

• Choose your shoes, pick the right size, and put them in your cart

• Review your cart and check out the total amount and head over to checkout.

• Make sure to separate Team Store/pre-orders from the rest of your order.

• Enter your Viscata discount code US and apply it to your cart.

• Make a payment using the available payment method, including G Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Mastercard, or Visa card.

With the above steps, you can apply your discount code at checkout and ensure that its value is correctly reflected in the payment.

If Your Viscata Discount Code Doesn't Work

A few issues usually explain a failed code:

• Make sure you are shopping through the US Viscata store, as codes intended for another region may not work.

• Check that the Viscata promo code is still valid and has been entered correctly.

• Remove Final Sale items or colorways that are already reduced if the code doesn't apply to them.

• Place Team Store/pre-order items in a separate order from regular Viscata products.

• Be sure to check the terms and conditions of the offer, as some Viscata promotions are only available for first orders or new customers.

• If you are using a referral offer, be sure to check that your order qualifies for the referral offer before using a code.

If a valid code still fails, try refreshing the page or using another working code from our website.

More Ways to Save at Viscata

Viscata online deals don't all arrive as codes. These are the savings ways we've confirmed.

1. Sale and clearance styles

Use the On Sale and Final Sale filters on the Wedges, Flats, and other collections to increase your Viscata savings. Final Sale (Last Chance) styles work like a clearance sale, with the lowest prices. The catch is that they can't be refunded, only returned for store credit.

2. Sole Circle loyalty program

The brand describes Sole Circle as part of Viscata special offers, a way to earn points and unlock member benefits, so it's worth joining and watching for exclusive deals. Viscata's rewards terms have noted that points expire after 24 months and are deducted if you return the item you earned them on.

3. Refer a friend

Viscata's referral page advertises $20 off the next order for both you and your friend. Check the page for the current terms on Viscata deals before you place your order.

4. Newsletter and first order discount

Sign up for Viscata’s newsletter discount to receive up to 15% off your first order. It’s a simple way to save when shopping for your first pair, while also receiving updates about new collections and promotions from the brand.

5. Exchange perks

If you return a pair, you can swap for a different model with an exclusive exchange discount, or take an e-gift card with a bonus added to your original order value. A same-model size or color swap doesn't include a discount.

6. Seasonal sale

Timing your Viscata purchase around major shopping events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday can be a good way to find seasonal savings. Check Viscata’s website during these periods for any special promotions, sale items, or limited-time offers before placing your order.

Viscata Free Shipping

Free shipping is also part of Viscata's offers on US orders, with delivery in 1 to 6 days. Its banner also promises free US returns. Shipping is calculated at checkout, so confirm the total there. Customers outside the US arrange and pay for their own return shipping.

Viscata Returns and Refunds

You have 90 days from your order date to start a return. Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and returned in the original box.

Start in Viscata's online Returns Center, which emails you instructions (check your spam folder). From there, you can choose one of these:

• Exchange for a different size or color

• Exchange for a different model with a discount

• Take an e-gift card with a bonus

• Get a full return to your original payment method

Refunds start when your package is delivered to the carrier, and it can take up to 2 business days. If shoes are defective or incorrect, upload a photo in the Returns Center to receive a free replacement or refund.

Viscata Customer Support

You can email support@viscata.com or start a chat through Messenger. The Help Center answers common questions, and the website features order tracking and sizing tables. It’s a good idea to consult the sizing information before placing an order, since it could help you avoid a return.
