How to Use a Coach Promo Code for AU

The Coach Australia store uses its own checkout. Here is where the code goes.

• Go to the Coach Australia site and confirm prices are shown in AUD. Browse Women's or Men's categories, or shop directly by collection Tabby, Brooklyn, Empire, Signature Canvas, or the Outlet.

• Select the style, colour and size you want and add it to your shopping bag. Check the current product price before applying any code, especially if the item is already on sale.

• Click your bag and select Checkout. You will be prompted to log in or continue as a guest.

• At checkout, find the promotional code field and paste your Coach coupon code exactly as it appears. Do not add spaces before or after the code.

• Apply the code and check that the savings have been reflected in your order total. Also confirm that standard shipping is free on all Australian orders, with express shipping free on orders over $500.

• Review the final total and complete your order.

Using a voucher code is simple; the field is usually right where you'd expect.

Why Is My Coach Discount Code Australia Not Working?

A Coach promo code may not apply for several reasons. Check these before giving up.

• The code has expired. Coach promotions are time-limited and the code stops working once the offer period ends.

• The product is excluded. Some Coach discount codes for AU apply only to full-price items and will not stack on top of sale or Outlet pricing.

• The code is for new customers only. A first-order welcome code cannot be reused on subsequent orders from the same account.

• The code was entered incorrectly. Paste it directly rather than typing it manually to avoid typos.

• The code is not valid for the Australian store. Codes issued for other Coach regional stores may not apply on the AU site.

• Only one code per order. Coach does not support combining multiple promotional codes on a single transaction.

If a Coach code still won't apply after checking the above, refresh the checkout page and try again. If the issue continues, contact Coach AU support through the website.
